About Me
Debbie Reardon has been a top-producing REALTOR® in the Colorado Springs real estate market since 1993. She has earned many awards and designations over the years, but nothing gives her more joy than the relationships she has formed with her clients and the satisfaction of knowing that they have had a positive real estate experience.

Born and raised in New Jersey she is the oldest girl of 9 children and has a large extended family. She married her high-school sweetheart, Vince, in 1978 and has 3 daughters: Kelly Reardon, Kim Kingston and Kacey Reardon, one son-in-law, Kent Kingston and two beautiful grandchildren. Debbie is thrilled to have all of her family living in Colorado and loves every minute she gets to spend with them. Together they enjoy golf, skiing, long walks, cooking, entertaining, family vacations and great holiday get-togethers.

When Debbie and her late husband Vince moved to Colorado Springs in 1990, they immediately fell in love with the Peregrine area which was a brand-new development at the time. They purchased one of the first homes built in the area and Debbie has called Peregrine home ever since. A few years later, in 1993, Debbie obtained her real estate license. She joined McGinnis GMAC in 1994 and was named Rookie-of-the-Year. In 1998 she joined Prudential Professional Realtors where she received many production awards over a 7 year period. In September 2005, she joined The Platinum Group REALTORS® where she feels the company’s business philosophies are perfectly in line with her own. Here she continues to provide her valued friends and clients with the same level of customer service they have come to expect of her.

Since becoming a Realtor in 1993, Debbie has sold many of the homes in the Peregrine neighborhood and has been credited since 2002 with being the#1 Realtor in both Peregrine and the Northwest area of the city. She consistently ranks in the top percentage of all El Paso County Realtors, which affirms her ability to sell homes in all areas of Colorado Springs.

Through her own personal experience with relocation, as well as facilitating the relocation of many clients, Debbie understands the emotions that are involved in all types of moves - whether local or state-to-state. She knows that each family member is affected and she sincerely wants to make it as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
